Entry Requirements
You don't need any previous experience to undertake this course; however, you will need to have the willingness to learn and the desire to succeed.
  • no previous experience is required
  • a reasonable command of English
  • computer literacy to use the Internet and a basic level of computer skills
  • access to a computer is required—you will need to undertake approximately 30 hours of learning on the Toolbox CD.
  • access to a retail workplace; and
  • as little as an hour a week to learn
