Student numbers: 15 students
This course is delivered over 19 weeks and students are required to study from home or the worplace 14 hours per week and submit their assignments to the College for tutor marking. Students are provided with all study materials required to complete the course. There is no trial period on this course.

Requirements: Students require access to a computer with printer and Internet connection to undertake research and complete assignments. Access to MYOB and Excel is also required.

Prerequisites: Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting and MYOB is essential. Students must have good English literacy and numeracy.

Students need to be working for an employer or as a contractor with their own ABN.

Course fee $219: This is a funded course under the NSW Department of Education. A state government administration fee of $219 is payable upon enrolment (usually $1,560).

ACQ Government Course Fees are the same as TAFE fees and are a government requirement. However, you might be eligible for a concession fee or exemption:

Students who meet the elegibility for an exemption from the administration fee need to complete the ACQ State Government Fee Exemption form.

Note: All normal NSW government conditions, fees and policies apply to this program.

Fee exemptions Free: Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander students are exempt from paying the NSW fee.

Students in receipt of a Disability Support Pension and students with a disability (clients of a Teacher/Consultant) are entitled to one full fee exemption for one NSW course per year, and are eligible for the $50 Concession fee for subsequent enrolments in that year.

Concessions $51: Students who receive a Commonwealth benefit or allowance (see list below) are eligible to pay a Concession fee of $51 per course enrolment per year rather than the full NSW fee.
