Terms and Conditions of Entry

1. The prize is for one distance course up to the value of $2,000. 2. The competition opens Course competition opens 10 November 2008 and closes 17:00 EST 5 December 2008. 3. The competition is open to Australian residents only. 4. Minimum entry age is 15 years. 5. The preferred course must be nominated at the time of entry but can be changed to another course upon enrolment. 6. Where the prize winner has enrolled after 10 November 2008 Australian College QED will reimburse the winner the cost of course fees paid since that date for one course to the value of the prize and that course will be considered the prize. 7. The prize or any unused part cannot be redeemed for cash. Where the course chosen is of a lesser value than the prize no additional courses or cash will be given in lieu of the difference. 8. The draw will be conducted by the Principal at Australian College QED, Building Level 1, 410 Oxford Street Bondi Junction NSW Australia at 15:00 EST 5 December 2008. The first valid entry drawn will be the winner. 9. The decision by the Principal is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 10. The winner will be notified by phone. If the winner is uncontactable be phone the winner will be notified by mail. 11. After the draw the winner will be published on the www.australiancollege.edu.au website. 12. The winner has until 30 June 2009 to take up the prize by enrolling in the preferred course or another course up to the value of the prize. In the event the winner does not take up the prize by 30th June 2009 the entire prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. 13. Once enrolled all usual enrolment terms and conditions apply and the winner will have up to 5 years to complete their course and graduate. 14. Australian College QED reserves the right to limit entry and amend the rules if considered necessary. 15. Staff and contractors of Australian College QED Pty Ltd trading as Australian College QED (ABN 79111194015) and its associated entities are not permitted to enter the competition. 16. Residents of South Australia are ineligible for the competition but are permitted to request information. 17. Your entry form may be used for marketing purposes by us but will not be sold or passed on to any other company. 18. Entry to the competition signifies acceptance of all terms and conditions.
