Welcome to Beth’s motivating world of retail management and merchandising!

Beth started her retail career at the age of fifteen whilst still in high school. After finishing school Beth continued in retail and progressed quickly up the management ladder, making a career for herself in the international sector.

Due to her extensive retail experience Beth was accepted onto a BA (Hons) in Retailing by one of the largest universities in the United Kingdom. Her studies included a wide range of topics including Retail Operations, Retail Environment, Retail and Culture, Managing Retail Operations, Managing Retail Development and Comparative Retail.

After obtaining her degree and travelling the world, Beth became a store manger and training expert for a leading international retail chain. Whilst managing an annual store turnover exceeding $2.5 million and leading over 90 team members, Beth still found the time to be part of the national training team and became responsible for all management training and mentoring within her region.

Prior to moving to Australia, Beth worked for a young innovative retailer with great presence in the city of London. Their desire to develop the brand in regional England led them to employ Beth as a regional store manager.

Since obtaining Australian residency in 2008 Beth has achieved a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and has established her own business offering a range of training packages (including retail packages) to local and national businesses, registered training organisations and colleges.

“I love retail management and I love training in the field,” says Beth. “It has literally taken me around the world.”

Beth is enthusiastic and passionate about retail training and development. Having worked from the ground up she has emerged as a motivated and self-directed professional who enjoys helping others achieve their objectives. Beth focuses on the positive development of a student’s knowledge and skills, ensuring they have a successful and fun learning experience.
