You don't need any previous experience to undertake this course; however, you will need to have the willingness to learn and the desire to succeed. no previous experience is required a reasonable command of written English to use the Galileo Viewpoint Tour CD, you will need a computer able to run Windows applications. If you are using a Mac, it will need to have an Intel CPU and have installed on it either: BootCamp, Parallels Desktop or VMWare Fusion, and Windows; or alternatively you can use CodeWeavers CrossOver to run the tour without needing Windows installed access to a standard computer and Internet connection for the online sections of this course basic computer skills as little as an hour a week to learn The personal attributes you will need to have include: an interest in the travel and airlines industry good communication skills excellent communication and interpersonal skills alertness and common sense enjoy working with people and pleasant personality good presentation able to work under pressure during busy periods a willingness to learn and the desire to succeed
