To enrol in this course you will need to have:

• some knowledge of the industry (specifically airline and city codes) as these are the heart of the course. These procedures are covered in the full courses travel consulting offered. Without this knowledge you will not be able to successfully completed this short course in Fares & Ticketing I & II.
• a reasonable command of written English
• basic mathematical skills
• as little as an hour a week to learn

If you do not have access to a computer and prefer to attend training classes: Australian College QED in partnership with The Sydney Travel Training College also offers class-based training in their spacious training facilities in the heart of the city.
