enrol in this course you will need to have:
- some knowledge of the industry (specifically
airline and city codes) as these are the heart of the course.
These procedures are covered in the full courses travel consulting
offered. Without this knowledge you will not be able to successfully
completed this short course in Fares & Ticketing I & II.

reasonable command of written English

mathematical skills
- as
little as an hour a week to learn
